At Vintecc, we develop innovative technologies that help industrial companies digitise and work more efficiently. For our SaaS platform Capture, we are looking for a driven Account Executive who is ready to make an impact.

As an Account Executive, you will be the face of Capture for our customers – mainly machine builders and manufacturing companies. You will guide them in their IT/OT digital transformation by presenting our solution in a convincing manner and translating its value to their context.

You will be responsible for:

Giving demos: You will demonstrate the power of Capture to potential customers, focusing on the most important features, benefits and ROI.
Helping to develop the sales framework: You will help to build a scalable sales approach – from sales playbooks and outbound strategies to setting up efficient HubSpot workflows.
Building relationships: You will work closely with the existing sales team and form the bridge between customer needs and our technical teams.

We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and is commercially astute.

You:

Have experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or SaaS context.
Can explain complex solutions clearly and quickly understand the needs of industrial customers.
Have a technical background or the curiosity to learn about the world of mechanical engineering and production processes.
Are familiar with modern sales tools such as HubSpot and like to think in terms of scalability.
Have a driving licence so you can visit customers independently.
