content & digital marketeer
Whether you started out in content and moved into performance marketing, or vice versa, you feel at home in both worlds. You don’t think in terms of individual posts or campaigns, but in terms of how to convert traffic into leads and leads into the pipeline.
Vintecc is a pioneer in AI-driven innovation and is transforming industrial companies worldwide with groundbreaking solutions. This not only generates compelling stories, but also concrete opportunities to attract new customers through targeted campaigns.
Your role
As a Content & Digital Marketer, you will play an active part in building Vintecc’s pipeline.
You will combine strong content with targeted digital campaigns to reach, engage and convert the right target audience. You will take ownership of the execution. From setting up Google Ads campaigns to building landing pages and optimising conversions.
You will work closely with Jochen (CMO), who sets the strategic direction, whilst you handle the execution, optimisation and feedback based on data.
Your responsibilities
- Content & campaigns: developing target-audience-focused content and translating this into high-performing campaigns that generate traffic and leads. Managing and optimising digital campaigns (with a focus on Google Ads), ensuring the right balance between content creation (±40%) and campaign execution (±60%).
- Lead generation & conversion: Optimising landing pages and setting up lead capture and nurturing flows in HubSpot. Continuously improving conversion rates through testing and iteration.
- Digital channels: managing and optimising relevant digital channels such as Google and LinkedIn. Supporting inbound and outbound campaigns through a well-considered channel mix.
- Collaboration: liaising with the CMO on strategy, priorities and budget. Collaborating with team leads and the digital agency to ensure strong input and scale in campaigns.
- Analysis & reporting: analysing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and HubSpot. Translating data into reports and concrete optimisations.
- Project management: ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and content. Managing priorities across multiple initiatives.
It would be great if you had the following qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution (Google Ads is a must).
- Experience in setting up and optimising lead generation campaigns.
- A strong affinity for content creation and copywriting in a B2B context.
- Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Confidence in building landing pages and optimising conversions.
- A hands-on approach: you build, test and optimise yourself.
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on results.
- Good writing skills in Dutch, with a good command of English.
Nice to haves: basic knowledge of SEO and/or experience with video or visual content
