Who are we looking for

At Vintecc, we are at the heart of industrial innovation. With our proprietary data management platform Capture and our AI-driven solutions, we help companies work smarter and more efficiently. Our technologies capture the imagination, but... they also need to be understood.

That's why we are looking for a storyteller - someone who creates compelling stories from our technology, projects and customers. Someone who translates complex material into accessible, attractive content. Not just in text, but also in images and video.

From blog articles to social media posts, from mailings to event content: you determine the story, choose the channel and put our expertise in the spotlight.

What will you do

1. You create and manage content (texts, visuals, video) in all kinds of forms - from blog posts and social media to videos and e-books and for different platforms. You decide which medium tells the story best.
2. You help develop a content strategy that matches our goals and target group. You plan campaigns and know exactly where and when to distribute them.
3. You ensure that all our content is SEO-proof and data-driven. You monitor results and make adjustments based on insights.
4. You plan and execute distribution campaigns through our digital channels.
5. You analyse content performance and continuously optimise.
6. You work closely with marketing, sales and our engineers. And you work closely with the digital marketing agency.
7. You keep an eye on trends and translate them into new ideas and formats.

Who are we looking for

1. You have 2-3 years' experience in content creation or marketing
2. Your writing is clear, fluent and focused.
3. You have experience with tools such as social media schedulers and analytics, CMS platforms, video content tools, Figma and more.
4. You understand how technology creates value for businesses and their customers - and you know how to turn that into a clear, compelling story. You can turn creative ideas into tangible formats and enjoy being hands-on.
5. You speak both marketing and tech language - or you are eager to learn and pick it up quickly.
6. Preferably, you already have some experience in B2B marketing, but not a must.
7. You speak and write fluent Dutch, and English does not put you off.
