As a Recruiter, you are the engine of our inflow and talent. You focus on actively finding, approaching and convincing technical/commercial talent (engineers, technical developers, technical sales...). You understand where their interests lie and can present our innovative projects in an authentic way.
Specifically, you will:
- Further shape and implement our recruitment strategy through social media, job boards, job fairs, networking events and direct intake.
- Know LinkedIn Recruiter inside out and use this as your main tool.
- Actively approaches, interviews and guides candidates through the selection process.
- Delves into our projects with curiosity to correctly enthuse candidates.
- Supports colleagues in drafting appealing vacancy texts, and gives them tips to be stronger during job interviews.
- Provides internal employees with the right tools and gauges to actively contribute to finding new colleagues themselves.
- Collaborate in a small team, where you also support HR-related initiatives on a project basis.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on technical or IT profiles.
- You are an expert in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and closely follow new trends in recruitment.
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and a thorough knowledge of English.
- You work in a structured way, but also like variety and a project-based approach.
- You have a passion for people and entrepreneurship and strive for a win-win situation.
