9altitudes and Capture announce strategic partnership to accelerate industrial data connectivity

Roeselare, 3 February 2026

9altitudes, a leading international digital transformation partner, and Capture, the developer of a next-generation app-based industrial data platform, have announced a strategic partnership. As part of this collaboration, 9altitudes will integrate Capture into its core technology stack—used to power connected operations and connected products at industrial clients across Europe. Initial joint projects are already underway.

9altitudes enables industrial companies to future-proof their operations through digital transformation, with expertise in ERP, Smart Factory, PLM, Data & Analytics, and Field Service. Increasingly, the company observes that manufacturers want to connect their ERP and MES environments with real-time data from shopfloor systems and assets. That requires a solid, scalable data backbone that can bridge the gap between OT, IT, and IoT environments—a challenge Capture is uniquely positioned to solve.

"Our clients expect more than standalone systems. hey need end-to-end solutions where ERP, MES, asset data, and workflows operate in harmony."

Capture: the missing link in the digital stack

Capture functions as an industrial data backbone that structures, contextualizes, and delivers real-time data across systems. For 9altitudes, it forms a foundational layer on which to build custom applications, MES-light solutions, and intelligent field service workflows.

Our clients expect more than standalone systems. They need end-to-end solutions where ERP, MES, asset data, and workflows operate in harmony,” explains Filip Bossuyt, CEO of 9altitudes. “After a thorough market evaluation, we selected Capture for its powerful combination of industrial-grade data capabilities, out-of-the-box functionality, and flexibility to build on top of. It enables us to deliver faster, more consistent, and scalable digital projects.

From connected operations to intelligent field service

The partnership focuses on two concrete domains of application. First, Connected Operations, where Capture serves as the real-time bridge between shopfloor data and MES or ERP systems. This enables MES-light applications, operational dashboards, and workflow apps, all built on a single, consistent data layer.

Second, Connected Products and Field Service. Co-developed with OEMs and machine builders, Capture supports centralized management, monitoring, and servicing of field assets. Historical machine data, asset management, and data-driven service workflows help companies accelerate service and manage their installed base more efficiently.

A decade of maturity, ready for global scale

Capture has been developed over the past ten years by Vintecc in close partnership with industrial clients. The result is a mature, app-based platform that serves as the digital backbone of factories—ready to embed data, analytics, and AI directly into operations.

Capture delivers immediate value. It’s not a custom-built solution that has to grow from scratch,” says Karel Viaene, CEO of Capture. “For integrators like 9altitudes, it offers a solution that is largely ready to deploy out of the box, without the heavy setup or prolonged integration cycles. At the same time, it’s flexible enough to layer in custom features and client-specific value. Their decision to make Capture part of their core stack confirms the balance we’ve struck between speed, flexibility, and scalability.

Following a successful proof of concept, the first joint implementations are already live. Over the coming months, the partnership will be expanded across 9altitudes’ international operations, helping manufacturers accelerate and industrialize their digital transformation efforts.
